DELUXE POND CLEANOUT
For a stress-free experience with your water garden this year, we offer our full-service deluxe pond clean-out. This initial investment helps balance your pond water, allowing you to enjoy a low-maintenance water gardening season.
WHAT IS INCLUDED?
- Clean mechanical filter
- Clean biological filter
- Drain and thoroughly rinse pond, removing residual debris
- Power wash rocks and gravel
- Top off and detoxify pond water, making it safe for fish and plants
- Reconnect pump for the season
At the end of every service visit, we will leave a service record outlining what was done to your water feature, service recommendations, product replacement needs, and enhancement recommendations.
BI-WEEKLY MAINTENANCE
Our maintenance program is designed to keep your pond beautiful and working properly while performing general maintenance, we’ll keep an eye out for current issues with your water feature, and diagnose any future concerns that may arise. we will identify and notify you of the issue before it becomes a problem.
WHAT IS INCLUDED?
- Clean the skimmer net and filter mat
- Maintain the pump
- Maintain water level
- Trim and assess aquatic plants
- Fertilize water lilies
- Repot plants as necessary*
- Remove debris
- Maintain Filtration Systems
- Maintain the best environment for fish and plants
- Add any rock and gravel when necessary*
- Add additional water treatments as needed
- Perform a deluxe fall shutdown at the end of the season
